Our Commitment

At Prepped Club, we stand behind everything we sell, from our kitchen bundles to our digital membership program. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for each product type. By completing a purchase on our website or through any authorized Prepped Club sales channel, you agree to the terms of this policy in full.

Prepped Club is operated from Ontario, Canada. Purchases are subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) and applicable Canadian federal law. International customers are also bound by this policy as the governing jurisdiction for all disputes.

Physical Products

Kitchenware & Bundle Returns

We offer a 30-day return window on all physical kitchenware products, including standard and ultimate bundles, from the date of delivery confirmed by the carrier.

To qualify for a full refund on physical products, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
  • All items must be unused, in original condition, and free of wear, damage, or alterations
  • All original packaging, inserts, and accessories must be included and undamaged
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid labels
  • Items must be shipped via a trackable courier service; Prepped Club is not liable for lost return shipments
  • A return authorization (RA) number must be obtained from our support team before shipping

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Prepped Club reserves the right to refuse refunds on items that arrive damaged, used, or outside the stated return window.

Items showing signs of use, missing components, or returned without an RA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at the customer's expense.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe deeply in our program. The Prepped Club membership is designed to deliver measurable results — and we back that with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for members who fully commit to the system.

This is not a passive guarantee. To qualify, you must demonstrate that you genuinely engaged with the program and still did not experience improvement in how you feel or look. Refund eligibility requires all of the following conditions to be satisfied:

  • Submitted a refund request within the 30-day membership window. No exceptions
  • Completed the full Onboarding Fast-Track Course in its entirety
  • Attended or watched the recordings of a minimum of 2 bi-weekly live coaching calls
  • Watched all Sunday Meal Prep session recordings released during your 30-day membership period
  • Prepared and consumed a minimum of 4 weeks of meals from the recipes provided in the program
  • Submitted weekly check-ins for all 4 weeks of your membership period
  • Contacted our coaching support team via the ticket system or our support email team support@preppedclub.com with your concern prior to requesting a refund

To submit a refund request, email support@preppedclub.com with the subject line "Satisfaction Guarantee Request" and include evidence of completion for each item above (screenshots, check-in logs, or community activity records). Requests without supporting documentation will not be processed.

Important: Refund requests that do not include verifiable proof of program participation will be automatically declined. Prepped Club maintains activity logs and reserves the right to cross-reference member engagement data when reviewing requests.

Digital access is non-transferable. Once a refund is issued, all membership access is immediately and permanently revoked. Future re-enrollment is subject to full repayment at the future listed price (subject to change at any time).
Exclusions & Fraud Prevention

What Is Not Covered

The following are explicitly excluded from refund eligibility under any circumstance:

  • Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window has passed
  • Physical products that have been used, damaged, or returned without an RA number
  • Digital memberships where participation requirements have not been met
  • Purchases made through unauthorized third-party resellers
  • Members who have previously received a refund from Prepped Club
  • Requests citing general dissatisfaction without documented program participation
  • Bundle purchases where physical and digital components are returned separately outside their respective windows

Prepped Club reserves the right to deny refund requests where fraudulent activity, policy abuse, or misrepresentation is suspected. Chargebacks filed against valid purchases in violation of this policy may result in permanent account suspension and referral to our payment processor's dispute resolution process.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

Legal & Jurisdictional Notice

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. For international customers, this policy constitutes the terms of purchase and supersedes local consumer protection laws where permitted by law.

Disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved first through good-faith communication with Prepped Club support. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.

All refund requests must be initiated by contacting our support team directly:

Our team reviews all requests within 3–5 business days. Incomplete submissions will be returned for additional documentation before a decision is issued.
